        Responsibilities

        • Design HVAC systems in compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, and NBC standards.

        • Perform HVAC design calculations including heat load, ventilation, ESP, and pump head using HAP and Excel.

        • Design special HVAC systems such as car park ventilation, stairwell and lift well pressurization, critical rooms, and district cooling.

        • Select HVAC equipment, chillers, air distribution devices, and associated components.

        • Prepare HVAC equipment, ducting, and piping layouts with proper coordination.

        • Ensure clash-free HVAC drawings and provide design inputs to draftsmen.

        • Prepare DBR, technical specifications, datasheets, BOQ, and cost estimates.

        • Review in-house deliverables, contractor and supplier drawings, and technical submittals.

        • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and attend site meetings.

        • Handle team management and work distribution.
